SHIPPING TIME:

We ship same business day if your item is in stock. Within the U.S. it is typically 3-4 business days to receive your items. Outside the U.S. varies. Canadian orders are typically 5-6 business days. If your order includes several items that aren’t in stock, we will inform you for the estimated lead time. Special orders take 8-10 weeks to deliver due to manufacturing time.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

All of our Pedicure Spas are free shipping to a commercial address location within the 48 states. Please contact one of our sales representatives to get a shipping quote for salon furniture. Liftgate delivery may be needed for certain items. Notify us before hand if this shipment will be a residential delivery to reduce any delays in your shipment (other charges may apply).

Unconditional Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original boxes, within 15 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged upon inspection. The customer assumes all responsibility for delivery costs both ways.

SOME EXPLANATION FOR TRUCKING TERMS:

1) Commercial Delivery - Delivery to industrial, or commercial address capable of receiving 52’ tractor-trailer truck, typically with loading dock but not necessary.

2) Residential Delivery ($85 charge)- A residential delivery requires the use of a smaller carting company truck because of road weight limits, commercial truck restrictions, or residential community.

3) Tailgate Delivery- the product is placed at the tailgate of the tractor-trailer.

4) Liftgate Delivery ($85 charge) - Driver will lower the shipment to the ground with a liftgate. They will only place the product curbside, not in the business or garage. For your convenience, most shipments are arranged with liftgate service , and your shipping quote will include this service. However, if tailgate delivery is the only option in your area, we will notify you in advance.
